3. Campus Safety

The school will not be held responsible if a student leaves the campus without prior permission from the concerned authority.

4. Prohibited Items

Students are strictly forbidden from bringing valuables such as mobile phones, electronic gadgets, weapons, pocket money, debit/credit cards, or similar items. Violation of this rule will invite disciplinary action.

ATTENDANCE

VISIT OF PARENTS

Parents/guardians may visit the hostel on Sundays only. Smoking and alcohol use are strictly prohibited on campus.
In case of emergencies, visits on other days require prior permission from the school authorities.

LEAVE REGULATIONS

Leave will be granted only under the following circumstances:
(a) Serious illness or death of a close relative.
(b) A religious ceremony requiring the student’s presence.

Parents are urged to avoid requesting leave unnecessarily, as frequent absences hinder academic progress.

PENALTIES & FINES

FORFEITURE OF ANNUAL FEE

If a student is expelled or withdrawn from the school, the entire fee for that academic year will be forfeited, regardless of the date of removal.
As the school receives no external financial aid, fee revisions may occur periodically to meet operational and developmental needs.

REMOVAL

Students whose conduct is found undesirable, or whose presence is not conducive to the moral and academic environment of the institution, are liable to be removed. The decision of the Principal in such matters shall be final and binding.
