ADMISSION
Students seeking admission to the school must register their names in
the month of January. Admission is strictly based on the availability of seats
in each class.
Applications for admission should be made only on the prescribed form enclosed
with the prospectus. The application form should be filled out properly and
neatly, and all entries must be accurate. Incomplete applications may be
rejected.
Children who have completed six years as of 31st March are eligible for
admission to Class I. Corresponding age limits apply to all other classes.
Selected candidates are required to submit the following documents at the time
of admission:
1. Date of Birth certificate from the Municipal
Corporation or an equivalent body.
2. Two passport-sized photographs.
3. Transfer Certificate from the previous institution,
duly countersigned by the BEO/DEO.
4. Mark sheet of the last examination.
5. Medical Certificate of general health from a
government-registered doctor.
6. Aadhaar Card.
WITHDRAWAL
No leaving certificate will be issued unless applied for by the parents
in writing at least one month in advance. Leaving Certificate will not be
issued until all the fee is paid in full. Fees will be due as long as no notice
of withdrawal is given. A pupil dropping from the school after August 31st must
pay Tuition Fee up to March of the current year. If school leaving certificate
is not asked for within a year a fee of Rs 100/- will be charged for the same.
Students admitted to the hostel who wish to withdraw for any reason will
forfeit the entire fee paid. Parents are required to review the conditions for
withdrawal carefully before admitting their wards to the school hostel. The
school's decision on refunds will be binding on the parents.
