Students seeking admission to the school are to get their names registered in the month of January. Admission is done purely on the basis of interview and according to the availability of seats in each class. Application form should be properly and neatly filled in and all the entries should be made correctly. Incomplete application may be rejected.

Children who have completed 5 years as on 31st march are eligible for admission to class-I. Upper age limit is 6 years. Corresponding age limits are applicable for all other classes.Selected candidates are required to furnish the following documents at the time of admission.

1. Date of Birth certificate from Municipal Corporation or equivalent body.

2. Two passport size photographs.

3. Transfer Certificate from the previous institution

4. Mark sheet of last examination.

5. Medical Certificate of General Health from a Govt. Regd. Doctor.

Withdrawal

No leaving certificate will be issued unless applied for by the parents in writing at least one month in advance. Leaving Certificate will not be issued until all the fee is paid in full. Fees will be due as long as no notice of withdrawal is given. A pupil dropping from the school after August 31st must pay Tuition Fee upto March of the current year. If school leaving certificate is not asked for within a year a fee of Rs 100/- will be charged for the same.
